DISSEMINATION PHASE

The dissemination phase refers to the transmission of research findings to specified audiences in the study. The practice of communicating research findings with stakeholders and broader audiences is known as dissemination.

We might examine a variety of strategies for disseminating our study findings as we plan for this phase of research. Among other choices, we may publish our results in a professional journal, produce a report for an organization, testify before a legislative body, or create a presentation for a community event. As you plan for distribution, address the following two essential questions regarding your research: Who are you hoping to reach out to with your findings? In other words, who needs to know the findings of your research? What do you think your audience will take away from your research?

Formulating distribution strategy for a research project will raise knowledge of the study and, as a consequence, maximize the impact the research can have on enhancing the quality of life of those who will gain from that. Of course, we can't predict how our results will be perceived, but we can utilize this knowledge to customize our message in a way that is clear, detailed, and consistent with our research. We'll go through the various audiences you might wish to address with your study, as well as some concerns for each kind.

Effective dissemination is simply about getting the findings of your research to the people who can make use of them, to maximize the benefit of the research without delay. Building an effective distribution plan for a research project will improve the accessibility of the study and, as a result, optimize the impact of the research in improving the health outcomes of the patients who will benefit from it.
